Well, to be honest, I hope not. But after watching Manchester United beat Aston Villa today it certainly feels like the worst team will win. I’m not saying Liverpool played so brilliantly yesterday during their last minute win over Fulham, but they at least were the better team on the pitch. United played horribly today, and still won after a goal from a 17-year old rookie. Congratulations to him and for having Ronaldo who, although spending most of the game complaining, diving and looking bored, scored twice.
Ronaldo is really one of the most frustrating players in the world to watch. When playing football, he’s probably the most talented player in the world. He can do stuff with the ball that most others would only dream of. Yet, he’s lazy, arrogant and dives enough to sent of each game for unsportsmanlike behaviour.
Well, United is again a point ahead of Liverpool with one game in hand and we are getting closer and closer to the end. I don’t think they’ll screw up enough to loose this, but hope is the last one to leave you right?
